Málaga tours

Experience Malaga like never before

From the Phoenicians who founded Malaga, through the Romans and Muslims, to the Christian Malaga of the Renaissance and the Baroque, the city has always been a meeting place of cultures. The Alcazaba and Gibralfaro Castle recall its Andalusi splendor, while the Cathedral stands as a symbol of the new Christian city and its Renaissance and Baroque eras.

In the 19th and 20th centuries, Malaga experienced significant industrial and bourgeois development, which transformed its urban appearance and laid the foundations of the modern city. Now in the 21st century, Malaga has reinvented itself as an open, cultural, and cosmopolitan city, deeply connected to the sea.

Malaga is also the city of Picasso, of creativity and art, of museums open to the world, and of a cultural identity in constant evolution. It is experienced in the elegance of Larios Street, in the bustle and aromas of the Atarazanas Market, while tasting traditional Muscatel wine and strolling by the sea at Muelle Uno, where the city embraces the Mediterranean once again.

Its beaches, beachfront bars (chiringuitos), and traditional sardine skewers (espetos) cooked over an open fire are an inseparable part of Malaga life—a unique way of understanding time, flavor, and enjoyment.

As part of its Andalusian soul, flamenco is present as a cultural and emotional expression, reflecting the character and history of the city.

Fantastic

Simply fantastic — the city where Picasso was born, a city built by so many civilizations, Málaga is life. I really enjoyed the tour with Jorge; he has a lot of information, not only about the city’s history but also about everyday life… and he knows where to drink good Málaga wine 🙂

Persino a mia figlia è piaciuto ascoltarla.
